Senior Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Establish schedule management programs and deliverables for large scale capital programs
• Interface with project stakeholders to provide guidance and recommendations
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents
• Conduct schedule resource loading and leveling
• Consolidate contractor schedules into the IMS
• Assess impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities
• Monitor schedule deviations and assist in developing corrective actions
• Apply EVM methodology to measure project progress
• Prepare schedule progress reports, trending charts, and periodic analysis
• Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
• 5-7 years of applicable experience
• Experience in advanced manufacturing or industrial environments with multi-national clients
• Expertise using Primavera P6
• Experience working within complex matrix environments
• Excellent communication skills
