Senior Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs
• Implement best practices and report trends internally and externally
• Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau
• Review engineering, procurement, and construction schedule logic
• Manage schedules using critical path method
• Produce high-level and short-term look ahead reports from P6
• Develop E2E master schedules using rolling wave planning
• Resource load schedules and produce management overviews
• Track quantities using S-curves
• Collaborate with contractors and sub-contractors regularly
• Prepare and update monthly progress reports
• Monitor and communicate potential project delays

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
• Experience in GMP, Pharma, or Biotech environments
• Construction experience covering Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Automation, and Commissioning
• Knowledge of regulatory, quality, and change control requirements for clean rooms and utilities
• Minimum 5+ years of applicable experience
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Tableau
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications

Preferred Qualifications

• AACE certification in planning/scheduling
• Experience building complex master schedules
