About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive integrated master schedules for data center projects
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement to validate sequencing
- Conduct detailed schedule analysis to identify risks, delays, and optimization opportunities
- Implement recovery strategies and mitigation plans to maintain project milestones
- Facilitate schedule review meetings and present critical path analyses to stakeholders
- Establish and report on KPIs to monitor project health and forecasting accuracy
- Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the master project schedule
- Support project controls including progress measurement and earned value analysis
- Provide schedule input for change orders and claims analysis
- Assist client with transition from Microsoft Project to P6 EPPM
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Strong understanding of CPM, WBS, and construction sequencing
- Experience with data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects preferred
- Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
