Senior Scheduler/Planner

Responsibilities

• Implement project planning and scheduling strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Coordinate the development of project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS).
• Prepare integrated planning, scheduling, baselines, and regular updates.
• Generate master schedules for projects and programs using resource and cost loading.
• Conduct critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis for the project and third-party schedules.
• Analyze deviations from the baseline to identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions.
• Provide quality assurance and oversight regarding the tracking and reporting of schedule performance.
• Ensure schedule-related data from vendors, suppliers, and contractors is integrated into planning systems.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls and time/schedule management.
• Expertise in project scheduling tools, specifically Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Proven experience delivering scheduling functions within the Energy, Midstream, or Pipeline sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Risk Analysis methodologies.
• Experience working with large capital projects, EPC, or EPCM environments.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Acumen Fuse.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Membership in relevant professional organizations.
• Experience working within a consultancy or owner organization.
