Senior Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project schedules for major EPC power plant and solar projects
• Work with project managers, engineers, and construction leadership to provide detailed planning from conceptual stages through construction
• Develop schedule logic, constraints, realistic activity durations, and resource requirements
• Assess the impact of design changes and schedule slippages, informing management and clients of updates
• Provide guidance and specialized assistance for resolving difficult project control problems, including time impact analysis
• Prepare standard progress reports, written narratives for submittals, and bid schedules
• Coordinate the development and review of discipline and project schedules
• Track contract document requirements for schedule adherence, change orders, and contract amendments
• Interpret performance curve data and forecast productivity and manpower needs

Requirements

• 8+ years of construction scheduling experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience directing scheduling functions for other schedulers
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel
• Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, and standards
• Working knowledge of standard cost control methods (EPC, Joint Venture, Lump Sum, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline
• Technical training or equivalent related experience
