Responsibilities

• Lead the development, integration, and maintenance of project baseline schedules
• Partner with project managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure schedule accuracy
• Provide expert-level analysis of schedule performance, critical paths, and risks
• Facilitate and lead schedule review meetings with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct detailed schedule impact and delay analyses
• Prepare high-quality schedule and progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
• Mentor and support junior team members

Requirements

• College or university degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in project scheduling
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
• Deep understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) and earned value management
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Solid understanding of construction disciplines, safety regulations, and cost control
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting experience in infrastructure, energy, or transportation sectors
