Senior Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with clients and communicate effectively with both technical and management-level personnel
• Work with clients and contractors to establish work breakdown structures (WBS), CPM baseline schedules, and integrated master schedules (IMS)
• Load schedules with resource and cost information and perform resource analyses to identify potential bottlenecks
• Update, maintain, and revise monthly and weekly schedules and reports
• Coordinate and conduct reviews of consultant, contractor, and vendor schedules to ensure alignment with client standards
• Develop and implement earned value management (EVM) systems to measure project progress and performance
• Identify program and project risks and provide mitigation recommendations
• Perform what-if and delay analyses as required
• Act as the primary communication link between the company and clients regarding contracts and project progress

Requirements

• 12+ years of construction planning and scheduling experience
• Bachelor's degree in construction engineering, engineering, project management, or a related technical field
• High proficiency in Primavera P6, including resource and cost loading, tracking, and leveling
• High proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and dashboards
• Proven experience in client-facing positions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical progress to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Construction Management
• Experience with data center projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• PSP or PMI-SP certification
• Active membership in PMI, AACEi, or similar professional associations
