Senior Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, communicating effectively with both technical and management-level personnel
• Work with clients and contractors to establish Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), CPM baseline schedules, and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Load schedules with resource and cost information and perform resource analyses to identify potential bottlenecks
• Update, maintain, and revise monthly and weekly schedules and reports
• Coordinate and conduct reviews of consultant, contractor, and vendor schedules to ensure alignment with client standards
• Prepare and present progress reports, findings, and recommendations to management via PowerPoint
• Track and analyze onsite construction productivity and report on schedule comparisons, including delays or accelerations
• Develop and implement Earned Value Management (EVM) systems to measure project progress
• Identify program risks and provide mitigation recommendations, including performing what-if and delay analyses

Requirements

• 12+ years of construction planning and scheduling experience
• Bachelor's degree in construction engineering, engineering, project management, or a related technical field
• High proficiency in Primavera P6, including resource and cost loading, tracking, and leveling
• High proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and dashboards
• Proven experience in client-facing positions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical programs to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Construction Management
• Experience with data center projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• PSP or PMI-SP certification
• Active membership in PMI, AACEi, or similar professional associations
