Senior Scheduler - CQV

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Establish schedule management programs and deliverables for large-scale capital programs
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents
• Conduct resource loading and leveling
• Consolidate contractor schedules into the IMS
• Assess impacts on the critical path and report to the project team
• Apply EVM methodology to measure project progress
• Develop and manage detailed CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation) schedules for life sciences construction
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and quality teams to integrate CQV activities
• Monitor CQV task progress and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with GMP and other regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
• 5-7 years of applicable experience
• Expertise using Primavera P6
• Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences facility construction
• Experience working in complex matrix environments
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cleanroom environments and process equipment
