Senior Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Create and review baseline schedules based on project team inputs
• Revise baseline schedules in response to contractual changes
• Ensure schedule compliance regarding quality scope, milestones, and structure
• Coordinate and expedite schedule inputs from the project team
• Highlight actual or potential delays, milestone status, and critical path variations
• Develop mitigation scenarios and conduct delay analysis
• Create work breakdown structure (WBS) summary reports for progress monitoring

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of project scheduling experience, specifically within hydropower, energy, or EPC plant projects
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
• In-depth knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Proven experience managing schedules for large, complex projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
