About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end onboarding and activation for a high-volume portfolio of micro-SMB and micro-MM customers
- Drive full Ramp adoption within 60 days through efficient, scalable motions
- Lead onboarding sessions with strong executive presence and structured agendas
- Educate customers on Ramp functionality, best practices, and key workflows
- Position Ramp’s full product suite including Cards, Bill Pay, Travel, Treasury, and Accounting integrations
- Use customer data and usage signals to prioritize outreach and proactively identify risk
- Partner with Product and Engineering to surface customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities
- Identify opportunities to automate and standardize onboarding processes and playbooks
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or related B2B SaaS roles
- Proven success managing a high-volume book of business
- Strong executive presence and ability to handle objections effectively
- Experience balancing scale and personalization through automation and group onboarding
- Data-informed mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
- High adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguity in a scaling organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems like NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage
- Background in financial services, fintech, or payments
- Experience at a high-growth startup or scaled Customer Success organization
- Experience contributing to enablement materials or process improvements
