About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end onboarding and activation for a high-volume portfolio of micro-SMB and micro-MM customers
  • Drive full Ramp adoption within 60 days through efficient, scalable motions
  • Lead onboarding sessions with strong executive presence and structured agendas
  • Educate customers on Ramp functionality, best practices, and key workflows
  • Position Ramp’s full product suite including Cards, Bill Pay, Travel, Treasury, and Accounting integrations
  • Use customer data and usage signals to prioritize outreach and proactively identify risk
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to surface customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities
  • Identify opportunities to automate and standardize onboarding processes and playbooks

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or related B2B SaaS roles
  • Proven success managing a high-volume book of business
  • Strong executive presence and ability to handle objections effectively
  • Experience balancing scale and personalization through automation and group onboarding
  • Data-informed mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
  • High adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguity in a scaling organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Experience with accounting or ERP systems like NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage
  • Background in financial services, fintech, or payments
  • Experience at a high-growth startup or scaled Customer Success organization
  • Experience contributing to enablement materials or process improvements
