Senior Satellite Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex spacecraft and mission programs from contract award through on-orbit delivery
• Establish and maintain program baselines including scope, schedule, cost, and risk
• Build and own logic-driven Level 4–5 Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Serve as the primary customer interface for execution, schedule, and delivery commitments
• Manage program cost (ETC/EAC) in partnership with Finance and maintain active risk registers
• Drive alignment across engineering, manufacturing, software, mission ops, and launch teams
• Oversee contract administration, including tracking milestones, deliverables, and scope changes

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in spacecraft, aerospace, or complex technical programs
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end program delivery
• Deep expertise in building and executing Integrated Master Schedules
• Strong understanding of spacecraft development lifecycles
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-program ownership or portfolios
• Experience leading Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite missions
• Familiarity with DCMA-style schedule health principles
• Experience interfacing with government or institutional customers
