About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and recommend system improvements and automation solutions
- Support, enhance, and optimize SAP PM and related asset management systems
- Develop Power BI dashboards and business reports
- Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to deliver system enhancements
- Lead workshops, document requirements, and support testing and deployment activities
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with company standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Knowledge of ABAP, OData, CDS Views, Workflow, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, BADIs, and BAPIs
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, and RAP developments
- Advanced Power BI development and reporting experience
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and validation
- Experience with PI System (OSIsoft) or similar industrial data historians
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, or Industrial sectors
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience on Saudi Aramco projects
- SAP S/4HANA Asset Management (PM) certification
- SAP BTP or SAP Fiori Associate certification
- Microsoft Power BI (PL-300) certification
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
- NACE/AMPP, API 510/570/653, or ISO 55000 knowledge
