Senior SAP FICO Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide expert functional support for SAP FI and CO modules
• Resolve incident tickets, requirements, and minor changes within established SLAs
• Analyze, document, and validate new project requests and proposals
• Perform functional diagnostics, root cause analysis, and follow-up with technical teams
• Ensure seamless integration of FI/CO with other modules such as MM, SD, PS, and HR
• Participate in UT, SIT, and UAT testing phases to ensure delivery quality
• Coordinate and lead activities for functional analysts and junior consultants
• Support critical financial activities and month-end closing processes

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant
• Advanced conversational English skills
• Deep functional knowledge of FI (AP, AR, TR, GL, AA)
• Deep functional knowledge of CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, and allocation processes)
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or conversions
• Technical knowledge of TRM, IDocs, RFC, and Web Services
• Familiarity with BAPIs, BADIs, User-Exits, and basic debugging
• Ability to interact effectively with ABAP development teams
