Senior SAP FICO Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects for complex client environments.
• Configure and optimize SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, COPA) modules.
• Provide functional leadership to junior consultants and offshore teams.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as MM and SD, as well as external systems.
• Drive client discussions, lead workshops, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Support testing, data migration, and go-live activities to ensure high-quality project execution.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of SAP FICO experience, including successful end-to-end implementations.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and Mexican regulatory requirements (tax, e-invoicing CFDI is a plus).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 level required).
• Proven ability to work effectively in global and multicultural environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex project lifecycles.
