Senior SAP ERP Consultant - Record to Report

Responsibilities

• Support industrial clients in optimizing accounting and management control processes through SAP ERP transformation projects.
• Participate in all project phases: opportunity studies, scoping, tender support, design, implementation, and deployment.
• Contribute to organizational redesign, process re-engineering, and information system modernization.
• Develop AI and advanced analytics solutions to optimize the Record to Report process.
• Mentor and support the professional development of junior consultants.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and missions requiring functional, sectoral, and technical expertise.
• Engage in Practice management by creating client content and implementing internal improvement plans.

Requirements

• Master 2 or Engineering degree (Business School, Master 2, or Engineering School).
• At least 4 years of successful experience in consulting or a corporate environment.
• Proven experience in management or leadership roles.
• Expertise in configuring one or more SAP modules: FI, CO, or PS.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative and teamwork.
