Senior SAP ERP Consultant - Plan to Produce

Responsibilities

• Support industrial clients in optimizing Plan to Produce processes, from resource planning to production execution and monitoring.
• Participate in all phases of SAP transformation projects, including opportunity studies, scoping, design, implementation, and deployment.
• Contribute to organizational redesign, process re-engineering, and information system modernization.
• Develop AI and advanced analytics solutions to optimize the Plan to Produce process and enhance SAP solution value.
• Mentor and support the professional development of junior consultants.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and missions requiring functional, sectoral, and technical expertise.
• Engage in Practice management by creating client content and implementing internal improvement plans.

Requirements

• Master 2 or Engineering degree (or equivalent Business School degree).
• At least 4 years of successful experience in consulting or a corporate environment, including significant supervisory experience.
• End-to-end mastery of the Plan to Produce process.
• Expertise in SAP PP module configuration.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills (written and oral).
• English proficiency at a C1 level.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative and teamwork.
