About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement SAP ECP solutions to meet client payroll processing requirements
- Manage integration between SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) and SAP ECP
- Develop and maintain CPI integrations and SFAPI connections
- Work on replication processes from SF EC to SAP ECC
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues in SuccessFactors, CPI, and SAP ECP environments
- Provide technical and functional expertise on SAP ECP and HCM Payroll modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and Finance
- Conduct training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to end-users
- Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and test cases
- Support system upgrades, patches, and performance optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, HR, or related fields
- 8+ years of relevant experience in SAP ECP, SuccessFactors, and HCM Payroll
- Expertise in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and SFAPI
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP ECC replication
- Willingness to travel onsite as per client project requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Payroll, Time Management, and Payroll Control Center (PCC)
- SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
