Senior SAP Consultant

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support the SAP Project System (PS) module to meet business requirements.
• Configure SAP PS components including WBS elements, networks, activities, milestones, planning, settlement, budgeting, and cost control.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for ABAP developers.
• Lead workshops to document "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP PS and related modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and PPM.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP PS incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
• Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT) and manage defect resolution.
• Create user manuals, training materials, and documentation for key processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of hands-on experience working with the SAP Project System (PS) module.
• Proven experience with SAP PS configuration, testing, and support.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost controlling, and budgeting processes.
• Experience writing functional specifications and coordinating with ABAP teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including Fiori apps and new functionalities.
• Knowledge of SAP PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) or CPM.
• Experience working with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
• SAP certification in Project System (PS).
