Senior SAP Consultant - IBP

Responsibilities

• Lead the conception, implementation, and continuous development of the SAP IBP landscape to support global supply chain digital transformation.
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions for integrated business planning, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP.
• Optimize planning processes to improve transparency, efficiency, and delivery capabilities across the entire value chain.
• Configure SAP IBP solutions, develop planning models, key figures, and business rules, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA.
• Manage sub-projects and drive complex transformation initiatives through close collaboration with business units, IT, and external partners.
• Facilitate workshops, conduct training sessions, and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level colleagues.
• Monitor technological trends in the SAP ecosystem to drive innovation in supply chain processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Logistics, or a comparable field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning.
• Deep expertise in SAP IBP, specifically within Demand, Supply, S&OP, and Control Tower modules.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and planning logic.
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Analytical mindset with strong conceptual and structured problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP APO.
• Technical proficiency in HANA data models, CI-DS, CPI-DS, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Proven experience in SAP IBP configuration and modeling.
