About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, govern, and strategically evolve SAP technical landscapes to ensure stability, security, and scalability
  • Plan and coordinate projects from SAP Basis and SAP authorization perspectives
  • Perform operational management of SAP systems including S/4 HANA, BW on HANA, SAP BTP, Solution Manager 7.2, and SAP DS
  • Act as a technical project lead for SAP Basis topics and accommodate new SAP features
  • Coordinate actions with support partners and internal IT teams
  • Support SAP functional teams regarding Basis and authorization operations
  • Ensure alignment of SAP maintenance roadmaps and support deadlines
  • Understand and manage technical architecture for SAP hosted on AWS

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP BASIS
  • Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA, BW on HANA, and SAP BTP
  • Proven experience implementing SSO with SAP S/4 HANA and SAP BTP
  • Proficiency in SAP authorization concepts and defining technical security architecture
  • Experience handling IT security concerns and IT audits
  • Fluent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of Process Control and Access Control in SAP
  • Experience with Automated Disaster Recovery (DR) in SAP
  • Ability to understand the applicability of AI in SAP technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
