Senior SAP Analytics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise analytics and reporting capabilities using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, and SAP S/4 HANA.
• Design, implement, and configure business system solutions to solve complex data problems.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and new processes to meet evolving business challenges.
• Lead the estimation of enhancement requests and guide workflow design, configuration, and testing.
• Liaise with business stakeholders and software vendors to align system changes with business needs.
• Provide end-user production support, troubleshooting, and subject matter expertise for assigned applications.
• Mentor peers and lead internal process design to drive continuous improvement within the IT department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or 12 years of relevant experience).
• 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an analyst or project delivery role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and general internet navigation.
• Demonstrated ability to apply industry best practices and solve complex technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering, ideally within healthcare or regulated industries.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards, stories, and models.
• 2+ years of experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP S/4 HANA data structures (CDS views preferred).
• Understanding of data governance, compliance, and audit requirements in regulated environments.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources and building enterprise data models.
• Knowledge of BTP and Clean Core philosophy.
