Senior Sample Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute the order entry and fulfillment process for key, priority, and foundational customers with high complexity.
• Act as the primary interface between customers and business value chain partners to drive profitability and service excellence.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products, applications, and service offerings to provide effective customer solutions.
• Strengthen customer intimacy by developing relationships, understanding needs, and gathering market intelligence.
• Coordinate activity at assigned accounts, proactively addressing issues and implementing solutions.
• Manage inventory control and replenishment for third-party inventory contractors used for sampling purposes.
• Provide support and training to less experienced Customer Service Specialists.
• Manage medium-complexity projects and act as a focal point for key systems, tools, or business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong business acumen and organizational agility.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to understand customer needs.
• Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule aligned with international time zones.
