Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions by providing detailed design specifications
• Act as the primary link between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project clarity
• Oversee technical development from inception through user acceptance for multi-departmental projects
• Lead the development, maintenance, and architecture of Salesforce applications and data models
• Architect scalable integrations using REST/SOAP web services
• Develop and execute rigorous test plans and participate in code reviews to ensure solution integrity
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and conduct training sessions for users and administrators
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all customizations, configurations, and integrations

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting and development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and web services
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and data management tools
• Real Estate industry knowledge
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
