Senior Salesforce Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce technical architectures
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices
• Provide technical leadership to Salesforce development teams and mentor senior developers
• Architect API-based integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and Middleware
• Define application architecture standards, coding guidelines, and governance
• Serve as the primary technical advisor during client engagements and support pre-sales activities
• Guide technical teams through implementation, release planning, and DevOps practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field
• 10+ years of overall software development experience
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Lead Technical Architect
• Proven experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations in consulting environments
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and Salesforce Security Models
• Proficiency with integration technologies including REST, SOAP, and OAuth
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) status
• Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or other middleware platforms
• Knowledge of Field Service, CPQ, or Data Cloud
• Experience with Copado or Gearset
