About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the FSC solution architect, owning technical design, data model decisions, and integration points
- Lead development of advanced Salesforce features using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools like Flow and OmniStudio
- Design and maintain the FSC data model including Households, Financial Accounts, and Relationships
- Define and enforce development standards, code review practices, and deployment processes
- Collaborate with Agentforce and MuleSoft Developers to design cross-platform architectures
- Lead technical discovery sessions with business stakeholders to translate requirements into platform solutions
- Oversee org health by driving technical debt reduction and performance optimization
- Support Salesforce release management, sandbox strategy, and deployment governance
- Evaluate and guide adoption of new Salesforce features like Agentforce and Einstein
Requirements
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
- 2+ years focused specifically on Financial Services Cloud
- Deep expertise in the FSC data model (Households, Financial Account Roles, Person Account model)
- Advanced Apex development skills including asynchronous processing and trigger frameworks
- Proficiency with Lightning Web Components and Experience Cloud
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset)
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model and compliance considerations
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
- Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
- Experience with OmniStudio within an FSC context
- Background with advisor technology ecosystems (eMoney, MoneyGuidePro)
- Experience with Agentforce or Einstein development
- Experience mentoring and leading a team of Salesforce developers
