Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions for complex client engagements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-quality SFMC builds.
• Serve as the primary technical authority on SFMC capabilities, limitations, and architectural best practices.
• Design and govern SFMC data architecture, including contact models, relational data structures, and segmentation frameworks.
• Drive technical decisions related to personalization, journeys, automation, and platform configuration.
• Manage implementations across core modules including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and MobilePush.
• Troubleshoot and optimize SFMC configurations, automations, and complex multi-channel campaigns.
• Advise on and support integrations using Marketing Cloud Connect and SFMC APIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience in a technical implementation or lead role.
• Proven experience leading complex SFMC implementations in enterprise or agency environments.
• Deep expertise in core SFMC modules: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Working knowledge of AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs.
• Strong understanding of SFMC data architecture and relational data structures.
