Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and collaborate on the design of functional and technical Salesforce solutions
• Implement solutions using appropriate programmatic and configuration-based Salesforce tools
• Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to meet requirements and edge cases
• Ensure smooth deployment and releases into production systems
• Identify areas for system maintenance and improvement
• Support BAU use of the live Salesforce implementation through queries, training, and user feedback

Requirements

• Comprehensive experience with Salesforce automation and declarative configuration tools (flows, approvals, validation rules)
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Ability to develop functional solutions using Salesforce automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Apex (classes, triggers, test methods), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL
• Platform App Builder, Data Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Platform Developer certifications
• Experience working within international markets
• Experience working across an entire tech stack
• Experience implementing telephony tooling
• Experience with Salesforce products outside of Sales and Service Clouds (e.g., Salesforce Maps)
