Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable solutions across Apex, LWC and Flow
• Own Field Service Lightning end-to-end, including scheduling policies, dispatch workflow, and mobile app configuration
• Reduce technical debt by simplifying and strengthening the platform
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party tools
• Set and uphold internal development standards through clean, documented code
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into well-architected features

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Deep proficiency in Apex, Flow, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Demonstrated Field Service Lightning expertise
• Experience with Omni-Channel routing and Enhanced Messaging/SMS infrastructure
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architect or Data Architect
