Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the front-end architecture strategy for SFCC initiatives to ensure scalable and high-performance solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of front-end engineers, instilling best practices around SFRA and modular design.
• Architect and implement reusable, modular front-end components within the SFRA framework.
• Customize and extend SFCC templates using ISML, JavaScript (ES6+), SCSS, and Page Designer.
• Collaborate with product management, UX/UI design, and back-end engineering to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Oversee code review processes to uphold high-quality coding standards and maintainability.
• Optimize front-end performance through techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, and critical CSS management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of front-end development experience.
• 3+ years of dedicated experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA).
• Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Extensive experience with ISML templating, Page Designer, and JavaScript controllers.
• Experience with React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Proficiency with Git, Webpack, and NPM.
• BE/BTECH/MCA degree.
• Demonstrated ability to develop responsive, mobile-first web interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certifications or equivalent credentials.
• Experience with Headless Commerce architecture or Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
• Ability to join immediately.
