Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve high-severity and high-impact incidents within the Salesforce Health Cloud ecosystem
• Implement and execute application support aligned with ITIL best practices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate support needs into technical requirements for enhancements
• Proactively monitor system health and performance using relevant metrics and tools
• Analyze trends and identify root causes to implement solutions that prevent issue recurrence
• Prepare application support changes in accordance with Change and Release Management policies
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure code quality through reviews and unit testing
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business processes and Salesforce technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years of software development experience
• 5-6 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem support, specifically focusing on the Health Cloud platform
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies
• Strong understanding of Experience Cloud, MuleSoft integrations, and API-first development principles
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (or higher)
• MuleSoft Certified Developer

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator
• Experience with copay program management in Salesforce Health Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud for portals and microsites
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7 or FHIR
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
