Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow
• Build and enhance solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Opportunities, Leads, Accounts, and Quotes
• Develop and support integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware
• Ensure implementations follow best practices for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability
• Optimize existing functionality, improve performance, and reduce technical debt
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Support production environments, investigate issues, and provide root cause analysis

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification is mandatory
• Strong expertise in Apex (including asynchronous processing), LWC, and Salesforce Flow
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs
• Understanding of SOQL and SOSL optimization, governor limits, and platform performance
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations and data models
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Salesforce Trailhead profile with Ranger rank
• Experience working with large data volumes and performance-sensitive systems
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and event-driven architectures
• Exposure to DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Git-based pipelines
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
