Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions using Salesforce and related technologies
• Provide daily administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Salesforce platform
• Develop using Lightning web components and maintain custom solutions in Salesforce Lightning
• Support build-out of reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy
• Provide technical specifications and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Collaborate with development teams to design and deploy Salesforce applications and integrations
• Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and managing a team
• Expertise in Salesforce Lightning framework, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Proficiency in REST API principles and API development
• Strong understanding of system and data integration architecture and relational databases
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle CRM tools like Eloqua or Fusion Sales and Service
• Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Sales, or Service Cloud Consultant
