Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver robust, enterprise-grade solutions across Salesforce Communities, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Lead technical design sessions and author comprehensive design documents, including technical specifications and best practice guidelines.
• Manage the delivery of complex integrations and custom extensions.
• Recommend optimal technical solutions for specific business requirements while articulating the trade-offs involved.
• Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables and platform stability.
• Optimize Salesforce scalability, automation reliability, and transaction performance while reducing technical debt.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proven expertise with Platform Events and Change Data Capture.
• Hands-on experience designing and customizing Salesforce Communities to create user-centric experiences.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, including Opportunity, Quote, Forecasting, and revenue operations.
• Experience supporting Quote-to-Cash processes (experience with Conga CPQ, Conga CLM, or Salesforce CPQ is a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or Service Cloud Consultant.
• FinancialForce certifications.
• Previous experience working within the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry.
• Strong analytical thinking and a creative approach to solving unique customer requirements.
