Senior Salesforce Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce integration projects from scoping and strategic workshops to Go-Live.
• Ensure operational excellence by supervising configurations, testing phases, and risk management.
• Manage and develop project teams, including mentoring junior consultants and developers.
• Drive user adoption and client value through training and post-implementation support.
• Contribute to business development through pre-sales support and continuous methodology improvement.

Requirements

• Master 2 or Engineering degree.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in CRM deployment, specifically with Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Communities).
• Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level) for international coordination.
• Strong business analysis skills and a consultative mindset.
• Salesforce certifications are considered a significant asset.
