Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Enrollment, and Family Engagement stakeholders to gather requirements for Salesforce initiatives
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Analyze and document current and future-state business processes to streamline workflows
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to design and implement scalable solutions
• Lead quality assurance activities including test planning, UAT, and defect management
• Manage small to mid-sized projects from initiation through deployment
• Develop training materials and facilitate user training sessions to ensure adoption

Requirements

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting CRM platforms or enterprise applications
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform (Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Data 360, Einstein)
• Experience in a B2C environment supporting marketing, lead generation, or enrollment processes
• Strong documentation skills including process maps and workflow diagrams
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Jira and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
• Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Experience in K-12 education, higher education, or nonprofit organizations
• Proficiency with Lucidchart, Miro, or Figma
