Senior Salesforce Analyst/Administrator

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and process automation
• Maintain high-quality data by preventing duplicates and enforcing validation
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Own changes from idea through production using GitHub Actions and SFDX-Hardis
• Support day-to-day operations including user provisioning, permissions, and configuration changes
• Investigate and resolve Salesforce support requests
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, usability, and data quality

Requirements

• Advanced Salesforce expertise
• Experience designing and supporting complex automations
• Comfort working with integrations including REST APIs, JSON, and Platform Events
• Strong technical judgment regarding declarative vs programmatic solutions
• Clear and confident communication skills for guiding non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work in a complex Salesforce environment with minimal ramp-up

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud)
• Experience supporting revenue, marketing, or operations teams at a growing company
• Light Apex or Salesforce development experience
• Experience in regulated or data-sensitive environments
