Senior Salesforce Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand business processes and propose systematic improvements.
• Act as the primary expert for Gigamon’s SFDC functionality, integrations, and limitations.
• Provide daily support and ownership of SFDC for Marketing, Sales, and Demand Gen super users.
• Lead the SFDC implementation board for Demand Gen Ops, bridging the gap between business needs and IT development.
• Manage the full requirements intake process, from initial discussion to solution delivery.
• Gather, document, and design system enhancement requests in close collaboration with the IT development team.
• Organize user acceptance testing (UAT) and support organizational change management efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Sales or Marketing Operations role.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing SFDC implementations.
• Salesforce administration certification or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong project management skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Traction Complete Marketing Systems.
• Experience working within interconnected systems while prioritizing end-user simplicity.
