Senior Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into Experience Cloud configurations
• Configure and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud sites using Experience Builder, Flows, and validation rules
• Administer customer and partner portals, including user registration, authentication flows, and branding
• Manage security models, including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules for external users
• Collaborate with Service Cloud teams to expose cases and knowledge articles through the portal
• Support integrations with internal and external systems in partnership with development teams
• Perform system maintenance, security reviews, and Salesforce release updates
• Monitor portal usage, performance, and user adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology-related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on Experience Cloud administration
• Deep knowledge of Experience Cloud portals, user access models, and branding
• Experience exposing Service Cloud features like Cases and Knowledge through portals
• Extensive experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows
• Experience managing Salesforce security and access models for internal and external users
• Experience working within a formal Salesforce Application Lifecycle Management environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery model
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) or identity management
• Experience using Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset
• Exposure to Commerce Cloud or Service Cloud integrations
