Senior Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for the Salesforce platform and handle daily administration and support cases
• Manage user and license lifecycle, including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing settings
• Execute configuration changes such as Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, page layouts, and custom settings
• Manage data migrations and data loading requests
• Support Salesforce integrations with other applications and downstream systems
• Troubleshoot user issues and manage projects following agile best practices
• Stay updated with new Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for implementation
• Maintain documentation on best practice processes, policies, and application configuration

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Sales Cloud certification is essential
• Experience with Lightning and Salesforce App development
• Extensive experience with the creation and management of Flows
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a large, global organization
• ITIL Foundation certificate or relevant experience
