Responsibilities

• Develop training content and create professional PPT presentations
• Conduct both online and offline training sessions
• Manage On-the-Job Training (OJT) and provide handholding support
• Drive business conversion and revenue through effective training
• Perform Training Needs Identification (TNI)
• Create infographics, one-pagers, and knowledge decks
• Implement initiatives to improve training effectiveness and business outcomes

Requirements

• 12-14 years of relevant experience
• Seasoned sales trainer with field training experience
• Proficiency in content development and PPT creation
• Ability to create and interpret data reports
• Willingness to travel for training requirements
