Senior Sales Tools and Process Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce business requirements roadmap and execute configuration work including flows, validation rules, and custom objects
• Serve as the primary RevOps interface to Engineering and IT for Salesforce development and release coordination
• Define data governance standards, pipeline hygiene, and object architecture
• Design and operationalize end-to-end sales processes from pitch through post-sale handoff
• Create process documentation, playbooks, and guardrails to standardize deal movement
• Drive the AI and automation roadmap to reduce manual effort and accelerate decision-making
• Evaluate and manage the procurement and rollout of new tools and vendor solutions
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, BD, Product, Legal, Finance, and Engineering

Requirements

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
• Deep Salesforce expertise including hands-on configuration and reporting
• Proven track record designing end-to-end sales processes in complex organizations
• Experience deploying AI and automation solutions in a GTM context
• Technical fluency across APIs, data pipelines, and integration architectures

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Admin certification
• Experience in advertising, gaming, subscription, or platform businesses
