Senior Sales Support Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sales support to Emirates trade partners to maximize revenue and achieve commercial targets.
• Handle trade partner and customer enquiries, resolving complaints and escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer and agency records, including sales documentation and commercial reports.
• Coordinate with sales teams to support marketing initiatives, direct mail, and telesales.
• Manage group business enquiries, including creating contracts, monitoring blocks, and managing deposits.
• Process reservations, ticketing, and fare collections while ensuring compliance with airline policies.
• Administer and coordinate client and agency familiarisation events and logistical arrangements.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Airports, Accounting, and Revenue Optimisation to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of schooling or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Relations.
• Basic fares and ticketing qualification from a recognized institute or airline.
• Proficiency in MS Office packages.
• Knowledge of Computerised Reservation Systems (CRS) such as MARS, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Strong knowledge of world geography.
• Must have the right to live and work in KSA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience within an airline or travel agency.
