About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage South China ECP and Sam's Club business to drive topline growth
  • Oversee distributor management and monitor performance to ensure business targets are met
  • Ensure distributors align with ZEISS goals regarding daily operations, compliance, and brand objectives
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and channel expansions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Food Industry, Engineering, or Social Behavior
  • 3+ years of experience in distributor management
  • Proven experience in brand sales and working within foreign companies
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with high stress resistance and strong market insight

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical (OTC) or food supplement industry
  • Experience in 0-1 business development
  • High learning agility and resilience
