About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage South China ECP and Sam's Club business to drive topline growth
- Oversee distributor management and monitor performance to ensure business targets are met
- Ensure distributors align with ZEISS goals regarding daily operations, compliance, and brand objectives
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and channel expansions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Food Industry, Engineering, or Social Behavior
- 3+ years of experience in distributor management
- Proven experience in brand sales and working within foreign companies
- Strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills
- Results-oriented mindset with high stress resistance and strong market insight
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the pharmaceutical (OTC) or food supplement industry
- Experience in 0-1 business development
- High learning agility and resilience
