Senior Sales Strategy and Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute the Latin America Go-to-Market (GTM) coverage model across Enterprise, Commercial, and SMB segments
• Manage account segmentation, assignments, and coverage changes
• Operationalize rules for direct sales, inside sales, and partner-led models
• Model territories, capacity, and goal attainment scenarios
• Create and maintain dashboards for monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Identify data issues and propose corrections to ensure data integrity and reconciliation
• Document GTM processes and manage exceptions to support governance

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or Revenue Operations
• Strong analytical and operational skill set
• Experience with forecasting and territory modeling
• Proficiency in dashboard creation and data quality management
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to stakeholders
• Comfort working in a multi-country Latin American environment

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
• Proficiency or certification in Tableau, Power BI, or SQL
