About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and develop high-value leads through outbound outreach and market mapping
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature
- Lead high-stakes discovery, pitching, and commercial discussions with senior stakeholders
- Structure, negotiate, and close complex deals within approved commercial guardrails
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Forecast revenue accurately and maintain strong pipeline hygiene in the CRM
- Collaborate with onboarding, operations, finance, and account management teams
- Support junior sales team members through knowledge sharing and informal coaching
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
- Strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Advanced cold outreach, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and sales reporting tools
