About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and develop high-value leads through outbound outreach and market mapping
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature
  • Lead high-stakes discovery, pitching, and commercial discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Structure, negotiate, and close complex deals within approved commercial guardrails
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Forecast revenue accurately and maintain strong pipeline hygiene in the CRM
  • Collaborate with onboarding, operations, finance, and account management teams
  • Support junior sales team members through knowledge sharing and informal coaching

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals
  • Advanced cold outreach, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and sales reporting tools
