Senior Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Explore new business opportunities directly with customers or through distributors within the Building and Infrastructure segment.
• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow's market presence across Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Identify customer needs to differentiate Dow products and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plans.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers at multiple organizational levels.
• Execute sales and marketing plans to deliver volume and value targets.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Product Lines and Supply Chain teams.
• Lead negotiations and implement pricing strategies aligned with business goals and legal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Chemistry, Engineering, or Business Chemistry preferred).
• Fluency in English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule aligned with international time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in French.
• Proven experience in Business Development.
• Strong skills in Sales Negotiations and Relationship Building.
