About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop new business within the Big Tech industry by originating and qualifying leads through networking, social media, and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives within targeted accounts.
- Drive the full sales process, leveraging subject matter experts and executives to win new and add-on business.
- Work closely with solutions teams in Technology Services and Outsourcing to develop a robust pipeline.
- Take accountability for the qualification and closure of new business across all service lines.
- Provide strategic direction to clients to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and lead overall account plans, forecasts, and status reporting.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development roles within enterprise sales of IT and business-related services.
- Extensive experience serving clients specifically within the Big Tech industry.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual sales targets and quotas on a year-over-year basis.
- Demonstrated "hunter" mentality with the ability to generate organic revenue growth via prospecting tools and techniques.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior executives.
- Ability to travel extensively as required by the role.
