Senior Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate the value of assigned product portfolios through customer visits, product presentations, and clinical support to exceed sales targets
• Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with healthcare professionals by addressing their specific clinical needs and pain points
• Manage new product validation and listing processes, execute launch plans, and develop new accounts
• Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders regarding market situations, emerging trends, and customer insights
• Defend the company's portfolio and value proposition through effective price negotiations with key accounts
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as a team player to fulfill assigned tasks and comply with company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Life Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare market and medical devices
• Proven experience in strategic sales planning and execution
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
