Senior Sales & Service Representative (Universal Banker)

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship goals through proactive customer outreach.
• Build and expand banking relationships by engaging with customers, prospects, and referral sources.
• Manage the fulfillment of deposit accounts, payment solutions, and digital access products.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to appropriate bank partners to meet customer needs.
• Maintain high service standards by listening to customer needs and providing insightful financial guidance.
• Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to manage operational and legal risk.
• Ensure transaction accuracy and operational efficiency within the branch.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, specifically with outbound calling.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience, preferably as a personal banker.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortability meeting referral and production goals.
